Awards and Travel Grants

ITC 2026 warmly encourages students worldwide to attend the conference and present their work. To honour outstanding research and support academic exchange, we are proud to offer the Best Student Presentation Awards, as well as Overseas Student Travel Grants, designed especially to help international students join us in Xiamen.

Best Student Oral & Poster Presentation Awards

These awards recognize outstanding oral and poster presentations delivered by students at the conference. We strongly encourage students to submit their cutting-edge research and share their results at ITC 2026.

• Best Student Oral Presentation Award: 1,500 RMB
• Best Student Poster Presentation Award: 1,000 RMB

Overseas Student Travel Grants

To facilitate participation by students outside mainland China, travel grants of 1,000 RMB per student are available. Applicants must be non-mainland citizens and currently study at institutions outside mainland China. Students from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are also eligible.

• Applications should be made during the abstract submission process.
• Grant applications will not affect abstract acceptance decisions.
• Grants will be awarded to over 80% of eligible students with accepted abstracts.
• Award notifications will be sent along with abstract acceptance letters.
• Grants will be disbursed after the conference upon verification of eligibility.
